About Alus
The Balinese word for refined, graceful, and cultured
Our Story
Built on Balinese Values
Alus was born from a simple observation: the Bali villa management industry is broken. Hidden fees, poor communication, static pricing, and forgettable guest experiences are the norm — not the exception.
We set out to build something different. A management company that treats every property like our own. That combines the warmth of Balinese hospitality with the precision of data-driven optimisation. That believes transparency isn't a selling point — it's the bare minimum.
The name Alus comes from the Balinese language — it means refined, smooth, graceful, cultured. In the Balinese language system, alus is the highest register: the language of respect, ceremony, and honour. It represents everything we aspire to deliver.
